About Shanta's Workshop

My name is Shannon and I have been selling my handcrafted items since 2010! It all started when I found out I was pregnant with my first kiddo and decided I would teach myself how to crochet so I could make a baby blanket for her. From there, my love of crafting and creating grew and grew.  I began selling my handmade items and realized this was my passion!  I started with crochet, then hand-stitched applique, then bought myself a sewing machine and learned how to sew! Turns out, I hate it, ha! I eventually bought a vinyl cutting machine in 2016 and my love of technology/design collided with my love of crafting! Fast Forward to 2018 when I discovered resin art and here we are! A mixed bag of handcrafted items.

 

I now also share my knowledge, tips, tricks, and techniques with other crafters through my crafting group on Facebook and my YouTube channel. 

Oh, and I have two children (11 and 9 years old), two cats, two dogs, and a husband. :)
